By accessing or using Paynorama ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Paynorama is a SaaS platform that enables payment teams to visualize, document, and manage their payment architecture. The Service includes the Route Designer, route library, AI-assisted import, and payment intelligence features.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paynorama offers subscription plans billed monthly. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and exclude applicable VAT. Free trials are available as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service; (d) use the Service to infringe any intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Paynorama and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paynorama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
